Below are the steps you can take to ensure some of the basic WIFI problems can be resolved at your fingertips.
STEP 1: Try a reboot of your Smart Phone.
STEP 2: Forget the WIFI Network and try to reconnect and fill in the required details.
- PHONE: To get this option Tap and hold on the WIFI Name.
- LAPTOP: To get this option Right click on the WIFI Name.
STEP 3: Common Errors That you may Encounter:
- Error 1 : Authentication Failed:
Solution : Double Check your password and connection details.
- Error 2 : Can't Connect to this Network :
Solution : Your account might not have access or is blocked ask the technician to confirm.
- Error 3 : Secured/Saved:
Solution : Retry to connect, If it persists then Forget the Network and start over again.
STEP 4: Try a reboot on the WIFI Router/AP from your network cabinet. This will be the White Aruba Router mounted on the store's ceiling close to the sales floor.
STEP 5: If the above steps fail and you receive any form of error please request the WIFI Tutorial Document from the Technician assisting you on your ticket to ensure that you are aware of all the steps needed to connect.
