STEP 1. This is the Sign-in Pop Up Message of Mimecast that requires you to re-authenticate. Please see screenshot below.
Click on this pop up to start with the sign-in process detailed in the below steps.
STEP 2. Follow the below steps marked with the Red Squares to Authenticate the Mimecast App with your Domain Account via 2 Factor Authentication.
First Screen, Click Authenticate
STEP 3. Second Screen Provide your Email Password. Click Submit Password.
STEP 4. Third and Fourth Screen. The pop up will change and you will receive a Verification code via email. Check both screens for the pop up and the Verification email.
Last Screen should show as below then the Sign In is complete, and you can continue.
